The Star
A murdered sister, an inherited tarot deck, and a forgotten woman warrior collide across centuries.
The Story
History has not finished with her.
For five centuries, select families in Milan have kept a secret: tarot figures such as the Empress, the Fool, and the Devil walk among the living, and the rarest decks can bend fortune, rewrite destiny, and tear open the veil between this world and the next.
When Maria’s grandmother dies, she leaves Maria the only complete ancient tarot deck still in existence—and a bloodline bound to its most dangerous card, the Warrior Woman.
